Taking a wholistic health approach to
family-building

As the saying goes, things rarely go as planned in life.  For me, this applies to trying to start and grow my family.  It was an uphill battle.  I consider myself truly lucky, though.  I was blessed with a beautiful son in 2015.  But, getting him here came with lots of challenges.

I suffered multiple miscarriages before he was born, and then again, when we tried to expand our family.  I tried both medical and natural interventions to resolve what seemed to be a medical mystery that could not be solved.  The best answer I got was I had "unexplained infertility".  It wasn't the picture or vision of how I expected building a family would ever go.  It came with both physical and emotional stress and heartache.

What it did do, though, was lead me to become an investigator and advocate for my own health and wellness and take steps to improve many aspects of my life - from how I managed stress, to what I was putting in and on my body, to the type of exercise and movement I was doing.  I look back and wish I had the knowledge I have today when I was starting to try for baby #1.  I would have approached building a family much differently, been more proactive and advocated for myself much more along the way.

That's why I want to help support you with more knowledge, resources and information I didn't have from the start.  I believe women who are struggling to conceive have higher chances than the statistics show when they make their health a priority.  As a pregnancy prep health coach, I will be with you on your path to pregnancy - however winding it may be - so you don't have to go it alone.  I want my story to inspire you to advocate for yourself and get to the family you hope and dream of.
